Basic understanding of solar energy systems (like solar panels, inverters, net metering) Awareness of government subsidies or policies related to solar Ability to explain technical concepts simply to customers
4. CRM and Data Management

Experience using CRM software to manage leads Data entry and follow-up tracking Organized and detail-oriented
5. Customer Service

Patience and empathy Ability to resolve queries and concerns Building long-term customer relationships
6. Time Management

Handling high call volumes efficiently Prioritizing hot leads and follow-ups
