Job Description

Coordinate and supervise the delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment at client sites.

Act as the primary site contact between the company, client, contractors, and vendors.

Prepare and monitor installation schedules, ensuring timely execution of work.

Supervise and guide installation teams/contractors to maintain quality and safety standards.

Conduct site inspections to check alignment with approved drawings and specifications.

Maintain accurate site reports including work progress, delays, and challenges.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of materials at site.

Resolve on-site issues, escalate critical matters to the Project Manager, and suggest corrective actions.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) for seamless project execution.

Assist in handover process by ensuring snag lists are completed and client sign-off is obtained.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture / Project Management or equivalent.

2-5 years' experience in furniture installation, interiors, shopfitting, or related site coordination.

Strong knowledge of furniture/fixture installation methods, site safety, and quality standards.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

Willingness to travel to multiple project sites across India.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
