Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

with experience in

civil and interior fitout

projects. The successful candidate will support the project management team by coordinating site activities, managing timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of civil and fitout works in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of civil and fitout project activities from planning to execution. Support the project manager in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement tasks. Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor work progress on-site to ensure it aligns with project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for timely approval and implementation of drawings. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist in resolving technical and logistical issues during project execution. Maintain project tracking systems and update progress reports regularly. Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil/fitout project coordination. Strong understanding of interior fitout materials, finishes, and construction methods. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
