Job Role
We are hiring Project Coordinators to manage field operations, technician onboarding, and service delivery. You will coordinate between technicians, training centers, and the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard local technicians (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc.)
Complete documentation and coordinate training
Assign jobs through the TapnHome mobile app and monitor performance
Resolve field-level issues and support technicians
Send daily reports via Google Forms or WhatsApp
Create awareness and connect with NGOs or training institutes
Requirements
Education: 10th / 12th Pass or Any Graduate
Experience in field coordination, sales, or community mobilization preferred
Basic tech knowledge (Google Forms, WhatsApp), local language fluency, and leadership qualities
