Position Overview

We are seeking a

Female Quantity Surveyor & Project Coordinator

who can efficiently manage

cost estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, and coordination

between project sites, vendors, and management.

This role is ideal for a

smart, detail-oriented professional

with a background in civil engineering, strong analytical ability, and good communication skills -- ready to play a key role in

project execution and cost control

Key Responsibilities :

Quantity Surveying:

Prepare

BOQ

,

cost estimation

, and

material take-offs

for ongoing and upcoming projects. Handle

vendor/subcontractor billing

,

quantity verification

, and

cost analysis

. Track

material usage

,

labor costs

, and

work progress

with regular reports. Support management in

cost control

,

comparison

, and

tender documentation

.
Project Coordination:

Coordinate effectively with

site engineers, vendors, and management

for seamless project flow. Prepare

daily and weekly project progress reports

. Schedule

site visits

and ensure timely communication of work updates. Follow up on

material procurement

,

labor progress

, and

client requirements

. Maintain

proper project documentation

and assist in

project meetings & planning

.

Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

(mandatory).

2-4 years of experience

in Quantity Surveying / Project Coordination. Good

communication

,

presentation

, and

documentation

skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel

,

AutoCAD

, and

project tracking tools

.
