About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Project Coordinator

with 2+ years of experience to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, tracking risks and changes, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely task execution Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using Jira and other tools Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards, and project documentation Assist in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning Support change management processes and maintain change logs Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project progress Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation using documentation tools Assist in resource planning and project scheduling in collaboration with Project Managers Ensure adherence to project governance processes and quality standards
