The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, timelines, and communication across project teams. This role ensures project activities are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist project managers in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources across various teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and status updates.
Track project progress and highlight potential risks or delays.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions.
Manage project-related administrative tasks such as budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
Support quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Maintain project management systems, dashboards, and documentation repositories.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in project coordination or administrative/project support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools.(MS Office)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
