Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Monitoring
Oversee end-to-end project activities including planning, execution, budgeting, and timely delivery across all Willmount sites.
Prepare and maintain detailed project timelines, task lists, and reports.
Ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Staff & Vendor Management
Manage and lead site supervisors, contractors, and support staff across all project sites.
Handle vendor onboarding, coordination, and performance evaluation.
Take strict decisions when required to maintain discipline and momentum.
Liaise with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Facilitate communication between site teams and management, providing regular updates and escalating critical issues.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Monitor expenses to ensure projects are within budget.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best pricing and terms.
Recommend cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
Site Management
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all project sites.
Project Coordination
Oversee all phases of resort construction and development at multiple locations.
Procurement & Documentation
Assist in procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, budgets, and correspondence.
Compliance & Approvals
Support in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from local authorities.
Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations and company standards.
Financial Coordination
Coordinate with the finance team for project-related billing, payments, and budget tracking.
Monitor project budgets and control costs.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing minutes and follow-up action items.
