Willmount Resorts is looking for a

dynamic and result-driven Project Coordinator

to take full charge of both

ongoing and upcoming resort projects

across Kerala. This role requires

strong leadership

,

negotiation skills

, and

hands-on project control

, working directly with internal teams, vendors, and site staff to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Monitoring

Oversee end-to-end project activities including planning, execution, budgeting, and timely delivery across all Willmount sites. Prepare and maintain detailed project timelines, task lists, and reports. Ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Staff & Vendor Management

Manage and lead site supervisors, contractors, and support staff across all project sites. Handle vendor onboarding, coordination, and performance evaluation. Take strict decisions when required to maintain discipline and momentum.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Monitor expenses to ensure projects are within budget. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best pricing and terms. Recommend cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.

Communication & Reporting

This can also be searched for Civil Engineer, Engineering, Project Management, Project Manager, Project Handling, Team Leader

Maintain strong coordination between site teams and the head office. Provide daily/weekly updates to the management team with clear action items. Flag and resolve any bottlenecks or delays proactively.

Quality Assurance

Conduct periodic site inspections and audits. Ensure that all construction, interior, and landscaping works meet Willmount's brand standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
