We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator - Digital Marketing to manage and coordinate end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects. The role involves working closely with creative, content, social media, SEO, and performance marketing teams while ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and strong client communication. The ideal candidate will also support campaign strategy through trend and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities



1. Digital Project Management & Coordination

Manage multiple digital marketing projects including social media campaigns, paid ads, SEO, website updates, and content marketing.

Plan and maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, and delivery schedules.

Assign and track tasks for designers, content writers, video editors, SEO, and performance marketing teams.

Monitor campaign execution, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

2. Client Communication & Account Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing clients.

Understand client objectives, KPIs, and campaign goals and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.

Share regular campaign updates, reports, and performance highlights with clients.

Manage client feedback, revisions, and approval cycles efficiently.

3. Cross-Functional Team Coordination

Coordinate daily with creative, content, social media, SEO, and performance marketing teams.

Conduct internal status meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.

Identify potential bottlenecks and support teams in resolving execution challenges.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare digital campaign briefs, project documentation, timelines, and meeting notes.

Maintain organized records of tasks, revisions, approvals, and deliverables.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly campaign status and performance reports for management.

5. Quality Control & Brand Compliance

Review creatives, ad copies, captions, landing pages, and marketing assets before client submission.

Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, platform policies, grammar accuracy, and design consistency.

Confirm that all digital deliverables meet client expectations and agency quality standards.

6. Trend Analysis & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media updates, ad platform changes, and emerging content formats.

Conduct competitor analysis to review ad strategies, content themes, keyword focus, and social media presence.

Share actionable insights with internal teams to enhance campaign strategy, targeting, and creative performance.

Support pitch decks and campaign planning with data-backed market and competitor insights.

7. Process Improvement & Tool Management

Suggest improvements in digital workflows, communication, and project management processes.

Support implementation and optimization of project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Notion, or ClickUp.

Assist management in improving operational efficiency, productivity, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1. Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Digital Media, or Management preferred).

2. 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Digital Account Executive, or Client Servicing Executive (agency experience preferred).

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.

4. Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.

5. Ability to interpret trends, competitor data, and basic campaign performance metrics.

6. Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

7. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Notion, or ClickUp.
