The Project Coordinator for Digital Services will support the end-to-end coordination of digital service launches, vendor onboarding, payment gateway integrations, quality assurance, and cross-functional communication. This role acts as a central point connecting vendors, internal technology teams, product managers, compliance units, and finance. The candidate should have strong project management skills, good technical understanding, and the ability to drive multiple digital projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor & Payment Gateway Onboarding
Manage onboarding of new
vendors, aggregators, and payment partners
.
Collect, verify, and organize required documentation (KYC, agreements, compliance files).
Coordinate with legal teams for contract finalization and renewal cycles.
Liaise with payment gateway teams for account creation, activation, and integration readiness.
2. Project Coordination & Tracking
Assist in preparing
project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task trackers
.
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
Conduct regular status calls with vendors and internal teams.
Document and share MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), project notes, and follow-up action items.
3. Technical Liaison & Product Operations
Work closely with tech teams for
API documentation, testing, debugging, and UAT
.
Validate payment flows, digital product journeys, content delivery, and platform functionality.
Ensure all integrations are tested thoroughly before launch.
Coordinate with QA teams to perform regression testing and approve final releases.
4. Quality Control & Compliance
Conduct end-to-end product quality checks for content, user flow, and service readiness.
Ensure that all digital services meet
legal, compliance, and platform guidelines
.
Maintain an internal audit repository covering documentation and test results.
Track SLA adherence with vendors and escalate delays when needed.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of agreements, onboarding documents, project trackers, and flow charts.
Create user manuals, SOPs, and internal guides for digital services.
Prepare weekly dashboards on onboarding progress, project status, and risk areas.
Compile and present monthly project status reports for management review.

Coordinate launch activities, post-launch monitoring, and project handovers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field.
2-5 years of experience in
project coordination, digital services, or tech product ops
.
Basic understanding of APIs, payment gateways, digital product flows, and quality testing.
Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written.
Strong organizational ability and experience handling multiple projects at once.
Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage delivery timelines.
