Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Implementation

Plan and execute child-centric activities focused on life skills, SEL, art-

integrated learning, physical development, and mental well-being

Work with curriculum experts to integrate holistic development components

into existing school timetables

Ensure regular sessions, exposure visits, and reflective activities aligned with

NEP's holistic and experiential learning approach

Stakeholder & Community Engagement

Liaise with school principals, educators, community leaders, and parents to

build support for co-scholastic activities

Facilitate community events, parent engagement sessions, and school-based

showcases to promote visibility and local ownership

Conduct orientation and capacity-building sessions for educators to embed

holistic development within classroom practices

Monitoring & Impact Tracking

Develop and implement tools to assess non-academic indicators such as

confidence, expression, collaboration, and social responsibility

Maintain regular field reports, case studies, session records, and feedback

documentation

Support donor reporting, program dashboards, and impact communication

through quantitative and qualitative insights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
