Technical /Project Coordinator - EdTech Platform
Role Overview
The Technical Coordinator will manage the technical and operational aspects of the EdTech
platform, ensuring smooth deployment, maintenance, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities:
- Coordinate setup, customization, and maintenance of the LMS/platform
- Manage course uploads, video hosting, assessments, certificates, and progress tracking
- Liaise with technology vendors and developers
- Monitor platform performance, security, and scalability
- Resolve technical issues related to access and content delivery
- Support integrations (payment gateways, CRM, analytics)
Operational Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with academic and content teams for course launches
- Manage learner onboarding and access
- Maintain SOPs, documentation, and user guides
- Track platform usage and engagement
- Act as first point of contact for technical queries
- Test new features before deployment
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2-4 years' experience in an EdTech or LMS environment
- Experience with platforms like Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Thinkific, etc.
Technical Skills:
- LMS administration
- Understanding of web technologies, cloud hosting, APIs
- Analytics and reporting tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
