The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site execution of all running architectural projects. This role ensuring that project plans are implemented efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with the firm's quality standards. The coordinator will act as the primary point of contact between the Marketing team, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day on-site project execution activities.
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve Painting material, Labor and technical queries.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for the internal team and clients.
Track project schedules, identify risks or delays, and proactively suggest corrective measures.
Assist the Marketing team in preparing work schedules and reports related to the project.
Maintain accurate project records including correspondence, approvals, and change orders.
Coordinate material approvals, deliveries, and quality checks to avoid delays.
Facilitate smooth communication between the office and on-site teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or site execution.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality execution.
