- Understand clients needs and estimate the scope, timeline of various eLearning projects.
- Develop effective project scope and deliverables.
- Schedule tasks and track progress for different functions in eLearning projects.
- Manager and monitor projects on a daily and weekly basis
- SPOC to all stakeholders (Clients, Team)
- Planning of Projects, timelines, Resources
- Time to time review of deliverables
- Coordinating with team and client requirement
- Day shift
