Key Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between technical, design, and business teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as per Scrum framework.
Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Manage communication between internal stakeholders and clients.
Identify project risks and bottlenecks and proactively work on mitigation plans.
Ensure project documentation, reports, and updates are accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with teams to maintain high-quality delivery standards.
Handle project escalations effectively and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in project coordination or as a Scrum Master.
Prior experience managing
e-commerce projects
is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Scrum (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
