Project Coordinator
to join our team and help manage key business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-distributor (B2D) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and updates.
Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Project Coordinator
or similar role, preferably in the
digital workspace
or
e-commerce industry
.
Strong understanding of
B2B
and
B2D
business environments.
Excellent
professional etiquette
and ability to represent the organization effectively.
Exceptional
communication skills
(verbal and written) and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira), and collaboration platforms.
