Job Title: Project Coordinator (Drive Test)

Location: Remote, India

Shift: Night Shift

: We are looking for an experienced

Project Coordinator - Drive Test

to manage and support end-to-end drive test operations for US-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage drive test campaigns, including route planning, logistics, and resource allocation Independently set up, configure, and troubleshoot Drive Test kits (TEMS, Nemo, or similar) Strong understanding of drive test software deployment and on-site configuration Lead field troubleshooting efforts and support multiple DT teams to ensure uninterrupted data collection Analyze drive test data to identify network performance issues Prepare and maintain project documentation such as schedules, progress reports, and technical findings Communicate project status and technical insights to internal teams and clients Use

MS Excel

effectively for data organization, reporting, and tracking project metrics
Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Electronics & Communications, Telecommunication

, or a related field

3+ years

of hands-on experience in Drive Testing Experience working with

US clients

is preferred Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
