About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Operations & Customer Experience) who can manage day-to-day operations, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver an exceptional experience to customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, coordination, and communication across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

o Communicate with the customers and record their project guidelines. o Proceed with the order and assign the same to your teammates. o Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget. o Monitor ongoing projects to identify delays, risks, and quality issues. o Maintain operational trackers, CRM entries, and documentation. P.S. Your WhatsApp, Smartphone, and Laptop will be required to complete the entire customer journey.

Eligibility

o Graduate (with academically decent or above performance). o Willing to work full-time from the office (Pitampura). o Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). o Leadership qualities, ability to guide team members and ensure task completion. o Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

o Ability to handle customers professionally. o Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. o Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
