We are looking for a

Project Coordinator (Digital Marketing)

with strong experience in managing SEO, Social Media, PPC, and Content-related projects. The candidate will ensure seamless communication, timely task execution, and smooth project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate digital marketing projects across SEO, SMM, PPC, Content & Design teams. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Plan project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress using tools like ClickUp, Basecamp, Trello, or Asana. Prepare and share weekly/monthly project reports. Conduct client meetings, document MOMs, and follow up on action points. Ensure quality and timely delivery of all marketing deliverables. Identify risks/delays and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience

in Digital Marketing project coordination. Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media, PPC, and Content workflows. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Basecamp, Trello, Asana). Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
