Aambra Foundation is a Government of India registered non Profit Organization. It has been actively engaged in empowering women by skill development, knowledge building, social protection and livelihood generation. Aambra Foundation is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team for a project from a high profile MNC.. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across multiple domains. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of meaningful initiatives aimed at transforming lives and communities. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Development: Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Team Coordination and Support: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation. Resource Management: Assist in identifying and allocating necessary resources for project implementation.
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Monitoring and Evaluation:Implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track project progress.
Generate regular reports and analyze key performance indicators to assess project impact. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with project stakeholders, including partners, beneficiaries, and community leaders.
Act as a liaison between the foundation and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Proactively address challenges to ensure project objectives are met. Capacity Building and Training: Provide guidance and training to project team members as needed, fostering professional development. Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, social sciences, international development).
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of sustainable development practices and principles is an asset.
  • This is an entirely office job. Presence in office is a must.
