Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator cum Estimation Engineer

to support and manage civil construction projects from planning through execution. The role involves close coordination with project teams, accurate cost estimation, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and status updates for senior management. Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Estimation & Cost Control

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs based on drawings and specifications. Analyze tenders, vendor quotations, and subcontractor bids for accuracy and competitiveness. Monitor project costs and support budget control to minimize deviations and cost overruns. Assist in preparation of variation orders and final cost reports.

Site & Technical Support

Conduct site visits to assess progress, quantities, and compliance with drawings and specifications. Support site teams with technical clarifications and coordination as required. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements

B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator cum Estimation Engineer. Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, estimation methods, and cost control. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant estimation software. Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Immediate joiners preferred.
