Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, video, digital marketing) to execute client projects smoothly.
Track timelines, deliverables, and workflow to ensure on-time project delivery.
Assist in planning and organizing client meetings, briefs, and reviews.
Maintain project documentation and follow up on task completion.
Support the Operations/Creative Manager in daily coordination tasks.
Customer Success
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client expectations, campaign goals, and branding needs.
Share updates, revisions, and approvals promptly with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Handle client queries proactively and arrange quick resolutions with the team.
Strengthen client relationships to improve repeat business and long-term engagement.
