About the Project:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of an

Analytics Project at GST Bhavan, Raipur. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring

project milestones are met, resources are managed effectively, and coordination is smooth

between various stakeholders.

About the Role:

Project Coordinator - which involves collaboration with the central tax department and

necessitates a solid grasp of IT processes, along with strong communication and

coordination skills.

The project coordinator role requires effective communication and understanding of IT

concepts, as the coordinator will act as a liaison between the client and the team. Also

involves being a coordinator between the IT delivery team and the client, ensuring project

activities are moving ahead.

The critical tools include JIRA, Atlassian, Redmine, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

? o Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

? o Serve as the liaison between technical teams, GST officials, and analytics consultants.

? o Maintain documentation, progress trackers, and meeting notes.

? o Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow-ups.

? o Ensure compliance with project deadlines and quality standards.

? o Support data compilation, reporting, and analysis coordination.

? o Escalate risks or delays to the project manager or stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? o Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Management, IT, or Analytics).

? o Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.

? o Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

? o Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.

? o Experience in handling analytics or government projects will be an advantage.

? o Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently on-site.

Work Conditions:

? o Location: GST Bhavan, Raipur

? o On-site presence required; 6 days a week

? o Contract Duration: As per project timeline

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
