The Project Coordinator - Civil (PEB) will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting civil works related to PEB projects from planning to handover. The role ensures seamless communication between site teams, clients, consultants, and internal departments to achieve timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
Assist in planning project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation for civil activities.
Coordinate with design, fabrication, logistics, and erection teams for smooth work execution.
Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and highlight delays or risks.
2. Site Coordination & Monitoring
Monitor civil work at site including foundations, anchor bolts, flooring, and related civil structures.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure timely completion.
Support in resolving technical issues at site in consultation with engineering teams.
3. Documentation & Communication
Maintain project documentation including drawings, MOMs, DPRs, and client correspondence.
Track material requirement and delivery status for civil works.
Facilitate coordination between client teams and internal stakeholders.
4. Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at site.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions for deviations.
Support QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals of civil works.
5. Client & Vendor Coordination
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Provide updates on civil work progress and address queries.
Coordinate with subcontractors for work execution, measurement verification, and billing support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience
6+ years of experience in civil execution or coordination roles.
Experience in
PEB foundations, anchor bolt settings, and industrial building projects
is preferred.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of PEB civil interfaces, foundation drawings, and site execution.
Ability to read & interpret structural and civil drawings.
Good understanding of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project tracking tools.
