Job Summary

We are looking for a

Project Coordinator - Civil & MEP Works

with

minimum 2 years of experience

to support and coordinate construction activities across project sites in

Kerala

. The role requires

site coordination, travel, meeting management, and documentation

. Candidates with hands-on experience in

Civil and MEP works

and

Hindi language skills

are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities of

Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical (MEP) works

Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects Conduct and attend

site meetings, coordination meetings, and client meetings

Coordinate with

contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors

Track site progress and prepare

project reports and MOMs

Maintain drawings, BOQs, and project documentation Support the Project Manager in ensuring timely project delivery Monitor site activities, materials, and basic quality standards Ensure adherence to safety norms and project specifications
Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years experience

as a Project Coordinator / Site Coordinator (Civil & MEP) Diploma or Degree in

Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Knowledge of

Civil construction and MEP coordination

Willingness to

travel across Kerala

Hindi language knowledge is mandatory

Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
