Role Summary

We're hiring a Project Coordinator to manage professional matchmaking and coordination--connecting homeowners with the right professionals, driving follow-ups, tracking quotations, and owning outcomes until closure.

Key Responsibilities

Shortlist and recommend the right contractors/interior designers based on requirement, budget, location, and timeline Coordinate intro calls, site visits, and follow-ups between homeowners and professionals Track each case through the funnel: Connected ? Site Visit ? Quotation Submitted ? Converted/Lost Ensure quotations/estimates are shared on time with clear scope: inclusions/exclusions Maintain and update professional profiles (services, coverage, budget range, availability) to improve responsiveness Keep accurate tracking of status updates and next steps for every active case
Requirements

2+ years experience in civil engineering/ interiors / project coordination / client coordination Basic understanding of residential construction/interior workflows and quotations/BOQ Strong follow-up skills and comfort handling multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Clear communication in calls and WhatsApp coordination (homeowners + professionals)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
