You will work closely with the project management team, site engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure that the work will be done as per the drawings.
Coordinate project management activities and drawings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and project
managers to develop innovative and feasible architectural solutions.
Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Coordinating with a team and consultants like electrical, plumbing, structure.
Should have experience in coordinating between various consultants for drawings of commercial buildings.
Should have completed at least one project from start to end.
Qualification
B.TECH in Civil / Diploma in Civil (7-8 yrs Exp.)
5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.
Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
