Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project execution for our civil construction projects. This role requires close coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in civil construction Familiarity with residential or commercial building projects Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction planning tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good English communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource management Coordinate site operations, material delivery, and vendor interactions Maintain project tracking reports and update documentation Monitor daily work progress, prepare MIS reports, and escalate delays or risks Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on-site Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
