Technical & Feasibility Assessment
Conduct project feasibility studies and cost analysis.
Understand chemical reactions, synthesis methodologies and analytical techniques.
Perform internet-based research on molecules and identify manufacturing routes.
Business Development & Strategy
Identify and develop potential partners for product development and job-work.
Prepare market and application reports for products.
Develop new markets based on product applications.
Answer customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
Develop sustainable business strategies focused on customer satisfaction.
Procurement & Negotiation
Source raw materials locally and internationally.
Conduct negotiation with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and service providers.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and project progress.
Prepare detailed reports on products, applications, and market opportunities.
Travel
Willingness to travel to customer, supplier, and laboratory locations as required.
