Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator This role involves Client coordination, Client handling, coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all marketing projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of marketing concepts is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing projects from inception to completion. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Communication:
Serve as the point of contact between clients and teams, external vendors, and other departments. Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and updates.
Scheduling & Planning:
Organize meetings, create agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties. Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Resource Management:
Coordinate with team members to ensure adequate resources are available for projects. Track and manage the allocation of marketing materials, content, and other resources.
Quality Assurance:
Review project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Coordinate revisions and approvals as necessary.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on project status, highlighting key accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, and issues. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Manage vendor contracts and relationships as needed.
