Position Overview

We are seeking a

Project Coordinator

to support our Project Managers and delivery teams in planning, executing, and closing software development projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership--ensuring smooth communication, proper documentation, and timely delivery of milestones.

Note: This is a hybrid role with mandatory work-from-office presence in Chandigarh.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of mobile and web development projects. Ensure teams have the necessary tools, access, and resources required for project execution. Support Project Managers in creating project schedules, timelines, milestones, and estimates. Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery. Communicate with clients to understand requirements, share updates, and address basic queries. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including: User stories Task breakdowns Meeting notes Status reports Participate in project discussions and design meetings and suggest process improvements. Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively escalate concerns. Assist in creating test cases and support application testing during project closure. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Support payment follow-ups and project closure documentation once projects are completed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar roles. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong documentation and reporting skills. High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Candidates based in

Chandigarh / Tricity

or willing to relocate. Prior exposure to both

design and development projects
