Coordinate day-to-day project activities and act as a bridge between project managers, development teams, QA, and clients.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers (status reports, risk logs, meeting minutes, etc.).
Ensure effective communication within teams and escalate issues/risks to the Project Manager.
Support in resource allocation, timesheet tracking, and project budgeting.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings (scrums, sprint planning, client updates).
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion.
Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and quality standards.
Help in client communication, requirement gathering, and ensuring alignment with deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Management or related field.
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support (preferably in IT/software development).
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good to Have:
Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master).
Prior experience in client-facing roles.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
