Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare project-related documentation such as BOQs, drawings, and compliance reports.
2. Execution & Monitoring
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm, and PA systems.
Track project progress and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
3. Client & Vendor Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the execution team.
Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
4. Technical Support
Provide technical inputs during project design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Verify system integration and configuration to match project specifications.
Ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations.
5. Documentation & Handover
Maintain detailed site reports, progress records, and official correspondence.
Support project billing, invoicing, and documentation for project closure.
Ensure proper handover of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and client training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, Mandotary in CCTV, networking, or fire alarm systems.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of low-voltage systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
