Job Description

Management Responsibility

v Interface pro-actively with internal disciplines like, Design & Engineering (D&E), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality Assurance & Control, Production & Logistic.

v Coordination with Consultant, Customer & Supplier/Vendor as and when required.

v Continual monitor of project progress and Address project slippages and Mitigation.

v Ensuring schedule, budget and delivery from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / Vendor

v Report on the outcome of all the above activities to the Project Manager.

v Prepare Monthly, Weekly Progress Report, Management Information System & Other Reports

v Preparation of Budget, Cost to Completion, Billing Schedule, Bar-Chart, Look ahead plan

v Preparation of Project Launch for Internal customer and Kick-off meeting with consultant & customer.

v Identifying scope of work from Tender Document / Scope split.

v List of jobs, selection of vendors for supply items / design & detailing work etc.

v Enquiries and obtaining sound back-up quote & preparation of cost estimate with detailed break-up.

Administrative Responsibilities

Monitor of Order Finalization for the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Supply / Works.

Interaction with Suppliers / Contractor in review meetings to ensure adherence to schedules

Facilitating of Inspection and testing Plan (ITP) / Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) requirement for the Project / Individual items respectively.

Continuous analysis of project activities and tracking of Design & Engineering (D&E), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Production.

Monitor the release of Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Order (PO), order acceptance from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / Vendor.

Update schedule with Planner

Monitoring in-house plant production for Manufacturing

Monitoring of Packing & Logistic arrangement.

Scope change management: Additional claim document
