Roles and Responsibility

• Manage projects/assignments for the clients using internal tools.
• Responsible for meeting the delivery commitments
• Check and ensure consistency and accuracy of outputs prior to delivery.
• Monitors progress against schedule and determine and take remedial action as appropriate.
• Working closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans and updates on day-to-day progress.
• Time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate the project status to all participants.

• It is important to have good interpersonal skills as you have to interact with the staff of different departments regularly
• Should be a quick learner and have a desire to gain knowledge
• Fluent Communication.
• Being self-confident, approachable, and possessing leadership skills are important prerequisites in being successful in this profession.
