We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support and manage government projects with a focus on documentation, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The role is critical in ensuring smooth project execution, timely reporting, and effective liaisoning with government departments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation and compliance records
Coordinate with stakeholders, including government authorities, for project approvals and follow-ups
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
Support project managers in planning, execution, and delivery activities
Handle communication across departments and external agencies
Key Skills & Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in government project coordination, documentation, and liaisoning
B.tech/b.e/diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
Proven ability in documentation, reporting, and compliance processes
Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
