Your Job

As a Project Coordinator in Molex\'s Copper Solutions Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative project and portfolio toolsets within Jira and other systems. Leveraging your expertise in Jira and other toolsets, you will support sprint planning events, regular project/portfolio reporting initiatives, and other key initiatives as assigned by the Director of Project Management. You are comfortable working in a global business, solving problems, and training others.

Molex\'s Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) is a global team that works together to deliver exceptional products to worldwide telecommunication and data center customers. CSBU is one of the most highly technically advanced business units within Molex. Its objective is to enable the technology that customers will need in the next 2-5 years.

What You Will Do

• Primary lead responsible for development, enhancements, reporting, & support of CSBU Jira projects and portfolios
• Develop and maintain project/portfolio performance database and reports that track overall progress and achievement of gates and milestones
• Support & facilitate sprint planning meetings under direction from Project Management Leaders
• Monitor and report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project and portfolio work plans
• Build, maintain, and lead business unit training related to project tools and reporting
• Support project change control and decision documentation needs
• Support CSBU Director of Project Management and Project Managers
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Natural innovator with sense of ownership and accountability
• Expert in Jira
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, finance, manufacturing, supply management, or related field
• Willingness to work non-standard hours (1:30 pm - 10:30pm India Standard Time; IST)
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 10% of time
• Self-driven with ability to thrive in a remote working environment
• Fluency in English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Contribution Minded
• Can-Do Attitude
