The District Project Coordinator will oversee day-to-day field operations, handle customer/department complaints, assign tasks to concerned engineers, and ensure timely completion of project activities. The role requires strong coordination, technical understanding, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and resolve complaints by coordinating with field engineers.
Allocate daily work to engineers and monitor task progress and closure.
Prepare and maintain spare-parts requirement lists; ensure timely availability of materials.
Track site activities, verify field reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Liaison with district officials, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain MIS reports, daily logs, and documentation for all project activities.
Conduct field inspections when required and support troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical
2+ years of experience in field coordination or technical operations.
Good communication, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in field environments.
