We are seeking an organized and proactive

Project Coordinator

with

4-8 years of experience

in project execution, site coordination, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project operations by coordinating with engineers, vendors, and clients while maintaining timely reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and allocate

daily work schedules

for engineers, ensuring site-specific tasks are prepared in advance. Track and record

daily attendance

of engineers and ensure timely reporting at work sites. Compile and submit detailed

daily progress reports

, highlighting work completed, challenges, and on-site observations. Provide timely

project updates

to management, including milestone achievements and potential delays. Coordinate with

vendors

to arrange materials, equipment, and resources required for new and ongoing projects. Maintain accurate and updated

project documentation

, ensuring easy access for internal teams and stakeholders. Develop and manage

Annual Maintenance (AMC) plans

to ensure optimal performance and longevity of installed systems. Prepare and share

project status reports

with vendors and partners as required. Handle and assign

customer complaints or service requests

, ensuring quick resolution and high client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely project completion.

Requirements:

Education:

Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)

Experience:

4-8 Years in Project Coordination or related field

Skills Required:

Strong communication and coordination skills, Ownership and accountability in daily operations, Solution-oriented and result-driven mindset, Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively, Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
