- Communicating with client over emails/call/text on day to basis for functional
- Project management activities like keeping track of the timeline and being involved in ensuring execution as per the agreed scope of work.
- Chasing clients to ensure the project is running and receiving payments as per the agreed terms.
- In case there are any internal / external discrepancies then the same need to be discussed and have it addressed.
- Coordinating with the development team to ensure the regular deliveries are sent to the client.
- A Team player having a blend of excellent solution providers.
- Excellent Written and oral communication skills.
- Exposure to Direct Client interaction/communication and Project Coordination for International clients.
- Prior Experience as in an IT based organization is preferred.
- Negotiating with clients to determine terms of contracts.
- Resolving client concerns in a timely manner.
- Excellent Management and interpersonal skills.
- Decision Making skills.
