Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: SANPADA MIDC

Company Profile: Safe Enterprises Retail Fixtures is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing, supplying and installing shop fittings and retail fixtures. The company provides customized in-store solutions across multiple retail segments, including fashion & apparel, electronics, departmental stores, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with clients and internal team .

2. Work out bills of quantity from layout.

3. Product costing.

4. Assist the Project Manager & Sr. Project coordinator in planning , executing, and monitoring projects.

5. Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

6. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

5. Track project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Education :

1. Interior designer/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Diploma in civil with one or two year experience.

2. Auto cad draughtsman with 1 or 2 experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

2. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

5. Basic computer knowledge

6. Required Adobe Auto CADD.
