Key Responsibilities



Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports. Schedule and organize meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain project documentation, records, and communication logs. Identify risks or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager. Support in resource allocation and project scheduling. Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
