Key Responsibilities:




Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution of infrastructure projects. Monitor project activities against timelines, milestones, and budgets. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for work execution. Track daily/weekly project progress and prepare MIS status reports. Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance across project sites. Support billing team with documentation, BOQ verification, and approvals. Resolve on-site issues by coordinating with technical and management teams. Report project risks and propose mitigation strategies to management.

Desired Skills Competencies:




Strong knowledge of civil construction processes. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. * Leadership qualities to manage and motivate site teams.
