Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PMO / Project Controls Analyst to support project governance, planning, reporting, and performance tracking across multiple initiatives. This role will work closely with project managers, business units, and leadership to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of project governance frameworks, tools, and standards.
Track and report on project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.
Assist in project planning and schedule management using tools like MS Project, Primavera, or Excel.
Maintain detailed project plans, resource calendars, and activity trackers.
Support change management and schedule impact analysis.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
Identify cost variances and support corrective actions in coordination with the finance team.
Maintain financial trackers and support periodic budget reviews.
Maintain project risk and issue logs.
Track mitigation plans and follow up with owners for resolution.
Support risk analysis and scenario planning.
Maintain centralized project documentation including charters, plans, SoWs, and governance artefacts.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, policies, and audit requirements.
Assist in process improvement initiatives within the PMO function.
