Job Responsibilities
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and cost controls.
Prepare project schedules, MIS reports, and progress updates.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and site teams.
Verify vendor bills, BOQs, and project documentation.
Track material usage, project milestones, and risk areas.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction project planning and cost control.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera.
Excellent coordination and reporting skills.
Experience in reputed construction/project management companies is mandatory.
