Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation to drive project success while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to address challenges and implement solutions that enhance project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders. - Monitor project performance metrics and report on progress to senior management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Program Management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management. - Ability to utilize project management software and tools effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
