Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards while adhering to budget constraints. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the project by implementing effective strategies and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Experience with data analysis and reporting to support project decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
