Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management to drive project success while fostering a collaborative environment among team members and partners. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to established goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. - Solid grasp of risk management principles and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
