Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management to drive project success while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you facilitate communication and foster a productive work environment, ensuring that all project deliverables align with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status and updates. - Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with project scheduling and resource management tools. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. - Familiarity with risk management practices and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
